ARE ALL OF  YOUR PRODUCTS MADE WITH MURANO GLASS?

All of our products are exclusively  made with high quality Murano glass according to the ancient technique of skillful glassmasters from Murano.

DO YOU PROVIDE YOUR ITEMS WITH A CERTIFICATE OF ORIGINALITY?

Each item is delivered with its own certificate of originality  attesting ”Made in Italy”  Murano glass manufacturing.  All of our products have at least one label.

DO YOU PROVIDE YOUR ITEMS WITH A CERTIFICATE OF GUARANTEE ATTESTING THEY ARE REALLY  “MADE IN ITALY" PRODUCTS?

Each product is  provided with a Certificate of Guarantee attesting that product is a Made-in-Italy product and is made in Italy with Murano glass.
Please note: since our products are completely hand-made, their shapes, colours and sizes can slightly differ. That is not a defect, but the unique result of an artisanal hand-worked object.

WHY DOES I MURANESI SELL PRODUCTS WITHOUT THE “VETRO ARTISTICO®MURANO” LABEL?

Just like other famous brands in Murano, we consider that as for characteristics and quality of the product it is not necessary to add another label in addition to our own, since Vetro Artistico® Murano label guarantees the origin of the product, but not its quality. Our family has professional relationships with many of the most famous glass-makers based in the Murano Island and, in many cases, for the moment they have independently started their own businesses after years of apprenticeship. We strongly believe in them and we want these excellent artists to be represented in our catalogue.

HOW ARE ORDERS DELIVERED?

Delivery is made by national or international  express courier. We rely on the best couriers. All deliveries are insured against theft and damage.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE DELIVERY?

Goods travels by insures delivery. Thanks to a Tracking Service, it is possible to know anytime where your parcel is and when it is delivered inserting your delivery code.

IS GOODS ENSURED?

Goods is always ensured to give more safety even though we use professional packaging to guarantee the products to be undamaged

WHAT HAPPENS IF PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY?

All damaged or defective products will be replaced. If some damage takes place during delivery, please contact customer service shop@imuranesi.com within 8 days from the date of  receiving. A photographic documentation is needed together with the original package. Our customer service will provide replacement as soon as possible, If products are damaged, we do not refund , but we replace the product.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping freights are calculated on the size of the item  and on the postal code of the destination.
You can simulate an order and enter your postal code and city name: the system will show you the shipping options available for your destination.

WHAT ARE DELIVERY TIMES?

The average time for receiving ordered products is approximately 5-30 days from the date of order confirmation.

HOW CAN PAYMENT TAKE PLACE?

You can choose what you prefer: by bank transfer, Paypal, credit card.

IS THE LAMPLIGHTS ASSEMBLY DIFFICULT?

No, the lamplights assembly is not difficult at all. It will be very fast and easy. We are not responsible for electrical assembly made by not authorized persons
